Carly Robb has served as Linder Academy’s Chief of Operations & Finance since April 2021. With over 20 years of experience in education—at the classroom, district, and federal levels—she has witnessed first-hand that education cannot be one-size-fits-all.

As COO, Carly oversees the daily operations of The Linder Academy, ensuring that policies, resources, and support structures align with the school’s mission. She also collaborates closely with families, teachers, and staff to enhance educational experiences and outcomes for all students.

With certifications in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) and Medication Administration Training (MAT), Carly is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and well-resourced learning environment.

Originally from New Bern, NC, Carly now lives in Alexandria with her husband and two daughters. She deeply values community, connection, and continuous improvement, and is always striving to make Linder a place where neurodiverse students feel empowered to succeed.
