As Associate Head of Middle & Upper School, Dr. Vanessa Aird-Gee focuses on fostering a positive, inclusive culture at Linder. She is deeply committed to supporting teachers in implementing evidence-based practices and collaborates closely with families to meet each student’s unique needs. 

With more than two decades of experience in education and advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Secondary Education from Drexel University, Vanessa is committed to creating an environment where neurodiverse students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. 

She is also currently pursuing a certification in Family Engagement in Education through Harvard University and is trained in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) and CPR, ensuring her approach prioritizes connection, safety, and student well-being. 

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Vanessa infuses her work with creativity and warmth. She finds joy in teaching dance, traveling, and spending time with her family.
