Erika Walther joined The Linder Academy in June 2024. Holding a dual master’s degree in General and Special Education from Lesley University, Erika is fully licensed in special education, general education, and school leadership. She also has extensive experience working with gifted and advanced learners, twice-exceptional students, and children with diverse learning needs. Her expertise in Orton-Gillingham intervention and CPI nonviolent deescalation techniques enables her to create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.
With more than a decade of experience in education, Erika has worked in settings from the rolling farms of New Mexico to the bustling streets of Baltimore City. Her career has been shaped by the belief that strong, supportive school communities are built through meaningful relationships—a philosophy that guides her leadership in special education and intervention.
Erika is committed to fostering a school culture that celebrates each child’s unique strengths and potential. She looks forward to collaborating with families, educators, and students to ensure that every learner receives the individualized support they need to succeed.
