Jacob Sheldon is a middle school teacher, bringing four years of teaching experience. With a background in sociology and a master’s degree in elementary education, he understands the importance of meeting students where they are and fostering a supportive learning environment. His passion for education is rooted in helping neurodiverse learners build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and stay engaged in the classroom.

Before joining The Linder Academy, Mr. Sheldon taught in public schools and spent a year teaching English as a second language in Shanghai, China. This experience broadened his understanding of diverse learning styles and reinforced his commitment to individualized instruction. 

Outside the classroom, Mr. Sheldon enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new destinations. He also loves unwinding with video games, experimenting with cooking, and spending quality time with his wife and two cats.
