Xavier Peeples

Xavier Peeples is a dedicated learning support specialist committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for neurodiverse students. With a background in psychology and specialized training in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Crisis Prevention (CPI), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), he helps students develop essential skills for both academic and personal growth. Xavier’s passion for mentorship and advocacy ensures that every student feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Originally from North Carolina, Xavier moved to the DMV area to pursue ministry training, deepening his commitment to serving others. His experience working with youth strengthened his ability to provide guidance, structure, and encouragement to students who need additional support. He takes pride in being a steady, positive role model and works closely with families and teachers to create personalized strategies for student success.

Outside of work, Xavier enjoys staying active at the gym, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
