Dominick Gilbert is a warm and engaging elementary teacher who brings creativity, patience, and structure to his classroom. With five years of experience in early childhood education, he’s passionate about supporting neurodiverse learners and designing hands-on, confidence-building lessons that spark curiosity. His background in the humanities enriches his teaching style, encouraging critical thinking and imaginative exploration every day.

Trained in Orton-Gillingham Comprehensive Plus and Morphology Plus, Dominick specializes in structured literacy instruction tailored to individual learning profiles. His classroom is a welcoming space where all students feel seen, supported, and capable.

Outside of the classroom, Dominick enjoys folding origami, experimenting with hydroponics, and caring for his pet snake and two mice—interests he often weaves into his lessons to engage students!
