Learning that connects school to life.
See, Believe, Become is designed to help students connect their academic learning to real-world careers.
Through thoughtfully curated field trips, workplace visits, and hands-on workshops spread throughout the school year, students will gain greater insight into what is possible and how--with the right support--they can move successfully toward their interests and goals.
This learning will happen across a wide range of industries, from medicine and technology to the arts and AI.
Real places.
Real people.
Real pathways.
The See, Believe, Become program expands students’ understanding of what’s possible and helps them see the variety of paths that exist even within a single industry.
When students think about possible careers in medicine, for example, a few roles typically come to mind: nurse, doctor, surgeon. In reality, there are thousands of careers supporting healthcare, including anesthesia technicians, radiology and lab specialists, medical researchers, data analysts, logistics coordinators, and more. Through See, Believe, Become experiences, students can
visualize futures they may not yet know exist
build motivation by connecting school skills to real-world applications
strengthen executive functioning through structured, purposeful outings
reduce anxiety about “the future” by making pathways concrete and understandable
benefit from experiential learning approaches that are particularly impactful for neurodivergent learners
If they can see it, they can believe it’s possible.
