Daily Schedule

Morning academics:
reading and writing

At Linder, we use practices aligned with the Science of Reading (SoR), including Orton-Gillingham principles to make reading fun and effective. Younger campers build foundational literacy through multisensory activities, while older campers strengthen fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and written expression through engaging, structured lessons. From phonics bingo to creating storybooks, campers gain skills, confidence, and a love for literacy.

Morning academics: math

At Linder, math is hands-on, fun, and confidence-boosting. Younger campers build number sense and basic operations through games and activities, while older campers tackle concepts like fractions and logic with group challenges and interactive projects. From math scavenger hunts to puzzle-solving, every activity helps campers strengthen skills and see math in action.

Afternoon fun:
hands-on STEAM adventures

Afternoons at Linder are full of hands-on adventures. Campers tackle real-world challenges—like building marshmallow catapults, designing water slides, or creating fizzing “water fireworks”—that spark creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking. With every project, they imagine, build, test, and learn—while having a blast!

Campers cool off with splash tag, water balloon tosses, and relay races, or enjoy group games, obstacle courses, and free play on the playground. For quieter moments, campers enjoy crafts, chalk art, or sensory play—ending the day with joy, creativity, and connection.
