Dominique Justice-Becton (affectionately known as Mrs. Dee) is a passionate, seasoned educator who brings warmth, structure, and unwavering dedication to her elementary classroom. With over 15 years of experience and dual master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Special Education, she’s especially skilled at supporting neurodiverse learners through inclusive, thoughtfully designed instruction.

In addition to her classroom expertise, Dee is trained in Orton-Gillingham, Response to Intervention, and Cognitively Guided Instruction. She’s written and developed curriculum, helping design effective strategies that meet the needs of diverse learners. Her classroom approach is hands-on and dynamic—built around real problem-solving, joyful learning, and building lasting confidence in every child.

A Washington, D.C. native, Dee is driven by a belief in educational equity and the power of perseverance. She creates a classroom where students feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow both academically and personally—and where they’re genuinely excited to come to school each day.
