Jasmine Allen
Jasmine Allen brings more than a decade of experience in special education, student support services, and educational leadership to The Linder Academy. Over the course of her career, she has served in a variety of roles supporting students with diverse learning needs—from classroom teaching and case management to department leadership and compliance oversight.
Most recently, Jasmine served as Director of Student Support Services and Special Education at IDEA Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., where she led multidisciplinary teams to ensure students received comprehensive, differentiated supports while maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Jasmine is deeply committed to ensuring that every student has access to the supports they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. She is passionate about building strong partnerships with families, staff, and students to create inclusive environments that empower learners, both at Linder and in life beyond our classrooms. Her expertise in program development, teacher support, and advocacy is a tremendous asset to our school community, helping to strengthen our work in delivering personalized, high-quality educational experiences for all students.
