Lower School Teacher

Donald M. Wallace

Don is a special education teacher who comes to Linder with 22 years of experience. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education from The George Washington University. His classroom practice draws extensively from his training in Applied Behavior Analysis.

When he isn’t teaching, Don spends his time enjoying his family, reading, writing, and engaged in social outreach campaigns. He reads heavily—both fiction and nonfiction—writes extensively, and lives with his wife and daughter, along with their two cats and three goldfish. (His daughter insists he also include their carnivorous plants: a flytrap and a pitcher plant.)
